I am thankful that this dentist is close to my home, however, this is the second time I’m absolutely dumbfounded that they don’t understand the words, “that hurts please stop”. When I stay stop, I mean it. That hurts. Give me a second, allow me to breathe and gather myself before finishing what you were doing. They don’t listen to their patients or care about your response. I honestly wish I had taken the time to find someone who was gentle and understood what stop meant. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a dentist and team that actually listens to you as a patient.
