I was seen right away with tooth pain. Everyone in the office is very friendly. I required a visit to an endodontist
and they called ahead to get me scheduled. I can’t thank them enough for the level of care I received.

AWESOME staff, clean facility, great service, and easy to access location. Best dentist clinic in the KC Metro, I wouldn't go anywhere else! They are family friendly and use very modern technology with a variety of services and appointment times.

I've been going to Martin Family since high school (approx. 14 years), so it's like going to see family every 6 months. They know your name and ask how your family is (what's new, etc). They treat everyone with a friendly, light-hearted demeanor. They're great about reminding you when you have an upcoming appointment (two reminders in fact), and are flexible about rescheduling if needed. They talk you through anything that's out of the ordinary (e.g. new x-rays, filings, etc.) so that you're comfortable with the process. I've recommended them to friends and new co-workers from out of town.

I went to this dentist as a new patient. The first time the hygienist that helped me was from a different dentistry and just helping out there. She was wonderful and there were no issues and no bills. After my second visit with them I will billed for an x-ray (even though I have dental insurance). They x-ray is only covered every 5 years. I feel that the dentistry should have been better at explaining to me that they didn't' have my records before giving me a service that I would be billed for. I feel that this shows that the hygienists that helped me could have communicated that my records weren't on file better.

They have the nicest office staff, hygentist, and doctors. They do a great job cleaning and explaining everything. I would highly recommend this dentist practice.

I've been going to this place for about 10 years now and it's a relatively painless experience each time. There's usually no wait, they have an appt time that works with my work schedule, the dental hygienists are very personable, and I trust every dentist working there. I don't even have a preference, because I think they all do a great job. It's definitely a little jewel in old Shawnee!

Outstanding pain free customer service. They saw me in less than 24 hours and I was out of the chair in less than 30 minutes. Never going anywhere else but Martin Family Dentist and Dr Phil!

I've been going to Martin dentistry since I was 4 years old (now 40) and have always found it to be a very friendly, welcoming, and skilled practice. I would and have recommended them to anyone looking for a dentist.

I needed to come a little early so I could make a meeting that was quick-scheduled the day before. Everyone made it work with a smile. The office uses all the best hygiene practices for equipment, persons and office air. Definitely a first-class experience.
