Disclaimer: my experience is only with receptionists on the phone. Rude receptionists that can’t confirm any kind of insurance. They’ve changed their tune every time I’ve called. They’re also rude answering general practice questions. Going somewhere else.

I called to make an appointment for the first time. They made me an appointment for a week and a half out. Called me non stop to switch my appointment to different days before my appointment. Then when it came to my appointment time, I went in and they told me it was a month later (Don't you think I repeated and had them repeat the date and time when I made the appointment over the phone?!?!)!!!! Poor customer service. Will definately not be going back there.

Quality of work was poor. Fillings all chipped or fell out and they don’t stand behind their work. You can definitely find better.

Don't ask for special scheduling. Or get frustrated when they don't explain procedures. Because then they'll call you 3 days after rescheduling the original appointment, to tell you to go to another dentist and leave you hanging with a temporary crown. Horrible customer service.
