This was easily the most enjoyable dental experience I’ve had. Everyone from the office staff, hygienist, to the doctor were personable and very professional. My hygienist, Amy, was the best one I’ve encountered. She was thorough, explained everything she was doing and provided plenty of information to help me improve my oral health. Dr. Koepsel also took the time to make sure my questions were answered, and didn’t push treatments at me. Instead, he provided possible options as well as pros/cons for each so that I could make the best decision for me. I would recommend East Wichita Dentist to anyone who is looking for a provider.

I have extreme anxiety and fear with dental work. It took everything I had to make an appointment then it took everything for me to show up. Amy was very nice and talked me through everything. Very informative and amazing. The ladies are all very great and understanding. I chose this office due to the fact they offer sedation. Although I was embarrassed for letting my teeth get so bad, I was reassured to not feel embarrassed. Things happen and things prevent us from fixing it. Affordable. Pleasant. Absolutely the best Dentist visit I have had.

As an adult, it is already embarrassing to have a 'phobia' of Dentists. I came in embarrassed but left proud and happy. They made me feel comfortable - both physically and mentally. From the front desk to check-out, everyone is helpful and friendly. The staff is professional and thorough in every step of diagnosing the problem. I was in extreme pain. They quickly performed a root canal!! I highly recommend them. The doc even called me later to check on me!

Amy (dental hygienist) was absolutely wonderful, thorough, and even sent me a thoughtful personal hand written card after my visit. Dr. Koepsel was a true professional and makes you feel comfortable.
