I’ve had trouble with other dentists.. this was by far the BEST experience with a dentist and hygienist. They explained things really well, told me step by step what was happening. Actually looked at my teeth, told me which exact teeth were having issues so I can focus on them. Down to the millimeter. Kind, considerate, detailed. Could not recommend them more. I’ve told everyone I know to switch to them.

I have been working with Dr. Graff for many years. I have always been extremely happy with his service and the way he leads his Team. His staff is always friendly, on time, and efficient. His new office space is clean and the surroundings makes me feel like I am his only patient each time I visit. My family tells me the same, and my granddaughter loves them all. Never a complaint from her.
When I have a financial issue, his staff finds the best option for my family and myself, along with working around our busy schedules, I look forward to seeing my friends at Heartland Dentistry during my next checkup.

Best decision I ever made! The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and professional. I'm always super nervous at the dentist, but they really know how to make you feel comfortable. I'm having major work done and Dr. Graff and Cori have walked me through everything and took the time to answer all of my questions with genuine concern, (and I had a lot of question). I went from tears to pure comfort. I love this team. Shannon and Karen always greet you with warm smiles and friendly conversation when you check in and out. If you are looking for a new dentist, this should be your first choice. My daughter even loves here. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

Very nice office space. They do all dental work cleaning, xrays to pulling or capping teeth. I got a full estimate for new dentures. Would highly recommend.

I have lived next door to heartland Dentistry for 6 years. I've used dr Graff for a couple tooth extractions, now I'm in the process of getting dentures. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about me and are so inquisitive in regards to any problem I might have. I highly recommend heartland Dentistry. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Very happy with all the interactions I've had with the folks at Heartland Dentistry. Office personnel great about taking time to explain insurance options. Dental hygienists very friendly and thorough. Dr. Graff has a very laid back attitude that I find refreshing. He has been willing to take a wait and see attitude on minor issues, never pushing to "hurry up" and jump into the complicated procedures. Feel like he did a great job on a recent crown, he was very particular about the installation and it paid off, I think the crown looks/fits/feels like the original tooth - or maybe better. I don't enjoy dental work (who does?) but I do enjoy visiting the great people at Heartland Dentistry.

I'm posting this from the walmart pharmacy after just having 2 teeth pulled by Dr. Graff, during a last minute appointment that he squeezed in. I didn't feel anything and was in and out in about an hour. Best teeth pulling experience I've had. I've had a lot of different dentists in my life but he is by far the best. He's welcoming, knowledgeable and always keeping you updated through his process. His bedside manner is by far the best of any medical professional I've ever experienced. His staff is also very friendly and helpful. You never feel like 'Just another patient' when you're there. I recommend him to everyone I can.

Leah and Frances are fabulous hygienists. They have always taken great care of my teeth. I enjoy visiting with Candy in the front office and Dr. Andy is always very easy going and not pushy about trying to talk me into procedures or dental work. I would highly recommend them and I have personally referred several friends and extended family members to use their services. The entire process was amazing. I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 6 years and was extremely nervous. The woman who took my xrays and cleaned my teeth was SO gentle and kind, and thoroughly explained everything she was doing and seeing, which helped me to be much less nervous. I’m not worried at all for my 6 month cleaning now, and I’m glad to get my dental health back on track. The doctor was personable and kind as well. I’m going to tell all of my friends to come here from now on.
