I called to see if the facility took Medicaid and was trying to inquire about being a self-pay patient. Karen, who answered the phone said they do not accept Medicaid. I said “thank you for-“ and couldn’t finish what I saying before she hung up on me. Very unprofessional, and they lost a customer because I was still wanting to make an appointment for self-pay.

DR.Graff is by far the best family dentist I have ever been to. His staff is friendly and helpful. Office is clean and relaxing so you feel at home. Candy is always a joy to talk to. Dr. Graff and all of his assistant's are Amazing!!! If you want a dentist who actually cares about the health of your mouth, this is the place to come.
