As a new patient, I was welcomed with open arms. My hygienist was Nancy and she was amazing; very warm and full of knowledge. After being scared off from a bad experience somewhere else, Hillside Family Dentistry made me feel relaxed and at home. I also brought my teenager and she was very well taken care of by everyone.

Very rude receptionist! The office manager is very rude as well... I missed 1 appointment for a medical emergency, and they dismissed me and a patient and charged me $25. I called to resolve the problem and they told me they can't help me and they won't argue with me and hung up. Very rude. I don't care about all these "good" reviews. They are not a good dentist! I kinda feel like most of these reviews are fake, because none of my experiences were as good. They also over stepped boundaries my first dentist appointment and got rude with my mother about me having cavities.

I highly recommend Hillside Family Dentist. They are thorough and kind in their patient care. They provided me with tips about caring for my aging teeth. And, recently Dr. Doan rebuilt a front tooth that I chipped by biting down on hard candy. I was worked in to an early morning appointment so I didn't have to be embarrassed about my smile. I am very please and grateful.

First off, if I could give 100 good stars I would. I left my appointment today very happy, I called all my family and friends to tell them how great there service was. to explain in a little detail; I had not seen a dentist in 10+ years due to my severe anxiety and insurance reasons, well I have state insurance(Amerigroup) and I could not find anyone in Wichita that took my insurance. finally I found them and called at 10:30 am today and they could get me in at 1:45pm the same day! I was so happy about that due to my wisdom teeth hurting me. So as im sitting here patiently waiting for 1:45, im thinking about cancelling cause that's what anxiety does. I force myself to go, I get there and all the staff is friendly, the office is clean and "comfy" I didn't wait and was seen immediately. As the dentist looks over my teeth he tells me they need to be taken out which was expected, then I thought I was going to have to schedule and wait (in pain) for a appointment. NO! they did it right then! they walked me through the whole procedure and told me what to expect. they really have the clients wants and needs in mind. which you don't even find in most restaurants now days. They pulled 2 teeth I was not asleep i was just given numbing meds and laughing gas. I walked out in 1 hour. came home and cleaned house in no pain. still 9 hours later I am not in pain and my face is not swollen at all. My favorite part was the assistant even held my hand during the poking of the needle for the numbing medicine. To me that says a lot. needless to say I recommend them to anyone. they take adults, kids, etc. I will be back hillside family dental and thank you for the phenomenal experience! You guys seriously made my day!
