Very disappointed with their lack of flexibility. I called prior to my appointment requesting to pay the small co-pay payment later that day, since I was waiting on a HSA card number to provide. I’ve had prior services and more to go, always issuing instant payment. Instead the attendant got in my personal business, insisting I call/message my father for the information. Many may understand that for someone working in a factory, they can only check their phone during break.

We were going for regular cleanings for years and when I recently noticed a huge hole in one of my sons molars I called. They were watching it and said that it was ok. Didn't even make it to our next appointment before my son couldn't chew. Now they say its too far along to treat there because 2 teeth are rotted too the nerve. I go to another dentist and find out almost all of his back teeth need work and im looking at 8 hours worth of appointments and over $1000 after insurance pays their part because at least 2 of the teeth are in danger of needing pulled.

Ashley is the best hygienist I have ever been to.still dont like going to the dentist but who really does? I had Maria the forst reappointment with Dr. Doan and she was awesome as well. They try to put you at ease.

It’s been a process getting my front teeth after losing them and it wouldn’t of been possible without dr doan great dentistry and lonnies expert sweetheartedness. Today Lonnie and Kaitlynn stayed after hours to help me get my smile back and I couldn’t be more greatful to have this beautiful smile on my face

Drama within the work place is never a good thing, especially if the employee has worked in that type of environment before. It's always good make sure you connect with previous employers before hiring others.

I feel like i was treated unfairly, had new bottom dentures made and after one week went back. dentures were to loose and said they could not make them fit without implants installed. If i would of known that i would never had agreed to have them make my bottom dentures.
