Over charge and harass you for months to collect only to find out it was their error in the first place, my insurance company told me they overcharged me. They finally figured it out. Only one dentist there, they screwed up my filling and want me to come back and let him try again? Are you crazy? I am not letting that dentist touch me again, was not friendly and treated my too rough, I have been in pain and can not eat on that side of my mouth for over 5 months. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

I can understand all the great reviews; it seems like a really great place to go; friendly staff, super-competent dentist...but wait.
After having x-rays and my teeth cleaned, I was told I pretty much have no issues. Then, Dr. Shakya comes in, and tells the girl who cleaned my teeth that she missed 5 "soft spots" - honestly, Dr. Shakya had to press that darn dental pick as HARD AS SHE COULD to get it to stick in two of those soft spots, making me pretty unhappy. Oh! Doom and gloom! You have to have those filled immediately before they turn into cavities!!
Uh...no. I'll buckle down on my dental hygiene (as I had not seen a dentist for 3 years prior) and use a fluoride rinse. What Dr. Shakya and a lot of "new school" dentists won't tell you, is that you can correct soft spots, and you don't fill them. Old school (good) dentists will tell you that. It has been a year since I last saw her; my teeth are fine. Don't let this money-hungry quack drill your teeth to bits.

😃 This is beyond the best dental clinic in wichita that I have been to there staff is friendly the nurses are outstanding and both dentist that are there are wonderful at what they do. They love there patients I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone that is looking for a clinc in the wichita area. Best clinic for the entire family. they are also great at working with patients on payments and are willing to sit with you a discuss what is best and affordable for you and your family.😃
