Hillside Family Dentist

Excellent services. The dentist spent time to explain problems with my teeth. The hygienist performed a great job on my teeth. The staff are very helpful explaining and answering questions in detail.

Visited Hillside family dentist yesterday and had a great experience. The hygienist Twila did an amazing job with cleaning and informing me about dental hygiene and how I should brush to avoid getting problems in future. Dr. Aishwarya was thorough with the checks and explained what needed to be done. Best Dentist I’ve been to. Overall it was an amazing experience with the staff at the front and the visit itself. There was almost no wait time either.

Staff was very friendly I was a little scared only because I don't like Drs but they made me very comfortable and made my visit a pleasant one. I had a tooth pulled and it was over before I knew it and didn't feel any pain at all. So thank you

This is the worst and unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. I called for my mom and they rescheduled her 2-3 times and did not want to work with us. Our second appointment that we scheduled a month out got cancel for a deep cleaning and I was concerned for her aches, pus and possible infection and asked can she at least get a checkup on her condition since she waited a month already. They said they will call me back but never DID! Then she came and turned her away and reschedule a month later. I asked if another doctor can look at her cause they don’t actually do the cleaning just a 5 mins checkup. They can’t give 5 minute or video call? We paid in FULL and get treated like this. The people there are nice but our dentist and scheduler need to be looked at.

Great dentist office. I have some anxiety going to the dentist, but everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms are very inviting with televisions playing calming videos under the ocean. My first impression was wonderful and made appointments for the whole family.

Our experience there was phenomenal! They were super professional and very friendly! They had something for my toddler to watch, something for my 14 year old to watch while her teeth were being cleaned, and coffee for me! I wish we had been going there much sooner!

Reasonably priced and works with my insurance! I could go on and on about the place: the employees are happy and personable and the dentist (Dr. Jasmine) is amazing and very concerned about her patients' pain and anxiety levels during her work. Overall, a great experience every time, even if you need to make an appointment quickly or re-schedule.

I was looking for a dentist office for the whole family. Previously my children went to a separate location from my husband and I. I just find it easier for us all to be seen in the same location. I wasn't sure if I would find an office that could provide a soft touch that children need and yet the services that my husband and myself would need. Well I found that Hillside Family Denistry is just what I was looking for! They are very knowledgeable and provide excellent customer base service. I would highly recommend this office if you are a busy mom out there looking for these same qualities and services.

The scheduling process was a breeze and the transfer from my out of network dentist to this office went smoothly. Service was pleasant and location was convenient for me.

Update:
After getting some fillings done I have had persisting sensitivity and pain that DID NOT happen with any of my previous fillings at my previous dentist. I don't feel that I can trust that I will receive quality treatment from this dentist. The consultation was average and little effort was put in to be exceptionally helpful or accommodating. I've had better experiences elsewhere.
