The do act professionally and they are very friendly. What they neglect to let you know is that the way they bill line items on your bills, you could get stuck paying $100 for a cleaning visit that should have been covered 100% by your insurance. Being that dental visits make me nervous enough without being robbed, I will never be returning here for dental services, nor recommending them to anyone.

Today was my first visit at Dr Chang and Dr Strong's office (seen Dr Jacobsen) I seriously have never been to ANY medical office that had a nicer staff then they do. Dr Chang came out personally and introduced himself before I was even in the building. What a nice man he is. Then I went in to be greeted by a very friendly staff from receptionist to hygienist even 2 sweet little puppies that instantly put calmness in a person that is beyond terrified of the dentist. Then I was taken back I believe her name is Vickie my hygienist (thank you for being so kind and gentle) after xrays Dr Jacobsen came in and again was so nice and so gentle THANK YOU. I know I am rambling but this office is the best!!!! I do believe I have found my new dental office a place that make you feel at ease.

The entire staff is professional and extremely friendly! Dr. Chang goes above and beyond to make all patients feel comfortable, but the way he approaches the kids is what makes him the BEST dentist in Wichita!

A few weeks ago I was having a lot of pain in my gums. I was really worried about it, but didn't have the finances to get any work done. Dr. Chang offered a free consultation! He took a look at all my teeth and let me know that I had a paper-cut on my gums. He also gave me brushing advice based on what he observed with my gums. I will absolutely go to Dr. Chang for any future consultation or work that I need done!
