I will NEVER ON EARTH go to this office again. The first 2 times I’ve been i have NEVER been in pain after a basic cleaning. TODAY of all days I went in for another standard cleaning and they definitely DEEP CLEANED no warning or anything. The front desk receptionist tried to argue with me and tell me a deep clean was not done… MY GUMS ARE SO SORE. They would not stop bleeding when i left from so much gum torture i went through. I can’t not even eat and the pain is so unbearable. If you guys want your teeth cleaned DO NOT GO THERE they will literally scratch your gums TO DEATH on a basic cleaning. I canceled all appointments moving forward. I will post on every email i have to get my point across. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Had a cavity filled. The filling fell out because food and drink were able to get under the filling causing another cavity to form. Had to receive a root canal as a result. Now the crown fell out because it too wasn’t sealed properly and food and liquids were able to get under the filling again. Now I’m looking at 3K worth of dental work to fix her incompetence.

Very friendly helpful and patient. I Appreciate when I wanted some particular work done and I was not able to pay they gave me the best options where other dental offices did not do that.

They do an awesome job cleaning teeth, the best cleanings I have ever had. However, I had a tooth cap from years ago come off, this dentist told me they would have to wait on approval from my insurance company to replace it. I waited close to 4 weeks, only to receive a letter from my insurance company stating this dentist never responded to the insurance companies request for more information. I left this dentist and obtained two other opinions and was told the tooth could not be saved, a cap was not even an option.

The office is very clean, I appreciate the time spent on cleanliness. The staff is professional and pleasant. Relinquishing an appointment has never been a problem. Honest, reliable service. You'll receive quality care and be treated with respect. I've been seeing this dentist for many years. I drive from 21st and Maize to the far east side to see Dr. Nguyen and, hopefully, will continue to do so.

She is the best dentist ever me and my family been going to her office almost 7 yrs now.. After we moved to Kansas city, we still drive 3hrs to come to Wichita for dental work. She did my bridges, I love them. The whole team is super good. Keep up the good work. God bless you abundanty.

Pretty horrible dentist, I went in cause of all the great reviews, for a different job to be done on a molar, and while I was there anyway, I requested her to do a quick visual check (with those little mirror things they stick in your mouth) to see if I have any cavities while I'm at it. THREE different times I asked, and she absolutely wouldn't do the check. So weird. Can't tell if she was being rude, or in a hurry, or if she simply didn't understand English very well, probably a combination of all 3. Definitely not going back. The original tooth she asked me if I had pain with hot/cold, and I said yeah I definitely do have sensitivity, but she had to go ahead and test me for it anyway by applying cold and it added another $20 to my charge for doing a dumb test that I had told her in advance I already knew I had an extreme sensitivity. I think they are good hearted people but they should slow way down and listen to their patients more instead of herding them through like cattle.

I went to this dentist when i was 17, when I went to her she did a root canal on one of my front teeth. After about a month I had a bump behind the tooth that wasn't there before. I told her about it and she said "I don't see or feel anything" I obviously trusted her since she is a dentist and went about my day. Well insurance expired at 18 and it has been 10 years since I have had proper dental insurance. I finally got insurance through my company and now have a nice sized infection in the same tooth that she did a root canal on 11 years ago. I can literally feel the infection when i touch by my nose area. Had she fixed this 11 years ago, I wouldn't have to fix this and pay again for a root canal that should have been done properly in the first place.

Best dental experience I've ever had. Staff is extremely polite and did a great job. Had not been to dentist in 4 years and they did not shame me, proffesionals in every since of the word. I almost didnt leave a review because they did such a good job I dont want to share. If they take you, go here for sure.
