Nordhus Dentistry

I had a wonderful first appointment with Dr. Nordhus and his staff. It was thorough and informative. Everyone was incredibly nice, personable, and welcoming. Great atmosphere. Absolutely no anxiety about being at the dentist.

Several years ago I was looking for a dentist as I was not happy with services with my current provider. I responded to postcard mailed to my home inviting me to visit their offices. What I discovered was a team of professionals that cared about their patients. This was the case with every aspect of my visit, from the smiling and welcoming greeting at the door to the heartfelt thank you when leaving.

The treatments that they provide are targeted with my health in mind, to the point of receiving a personal call from Dr. Nordhus the day after any major/minor work checking to make sure I was doing okay.
One of the things that is very different from other medical offices, is that there is no waiting. Without fail, the time that I am scheduled is the time they greet me to start my care. I have never had to wait, not sure I could say that with other medical offices.

I have recommended Dr. Nordhus and his team to many friends and family and I have yet anyone come back with a negative comment, in fact, it has been just the opposite. Needless to say, I have found my “dental home”.

Everyone is warm and friendly. They provide you with several options and give you detailed explanations of possible benefits or draw backs.The doctor even called me to follow up. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nordhus and his staff.

Very patient and understanding. I have sensitive teeth and every visit is made comfortable. I feel the first person you see is a reflection of your business. Always greeted with a smile!!

Our family loves Nordhus Denistry. We came to Dr Nordhus frustrated with some recurrent dental issues that he fixed beautifully. He has the most updated equipment, which makes a real difference. We would trust him completely with all our dental needs.

Words can not even describe how impressed I was with Nordhus Denistry today. My son needed a tooth pulled. My dentist office couldn't get him in for a long time, which was very disappointing. He was in so much pain I didn't want to make him wait. A friend of ours had gone to Nordhus and bragged about them, so I found out from him who he had gone to and called them to see if possibly they could get my son in today. I hate it so bad, I do not know any of the names of the associates, but they all know who I am talking about as I tell my experience. The woman that answered the phone was SO PLEASANT! To the point I interrupted her to let her know how pleasant she is. On everything we talked about she did what I would call going above and beyond to make sure I was fully taken care of as far as my questions and concerns.
They got my son in immediately, and the experience in the office when we got there was just incredible. You just don't get this kind of experience any more. EVERY SINGLE PERSON we came in contact with, including the dentist were just AMAZING!!!!! We met probably 6 different people during our visit and each one was just as kind as the next, each one going above and beyond with their service!!!!! Several of the associates had nothing to do with my son's appointment, but were so kind to take their time and just visit with us making us feel so comfortable. They didn't have to do that, but you could just tell, that's just the way they are!!! CUSTOMER FIRST was definitely this dentist office's priority!!!!! I was so impressed that I asked them if I could bring each associate at my place of employment at different times for them to experience the office atmosphere to try for the same type of experience at our business.
While I was talking with all these people I just had to tell them how impressed I was, and raved about them. A woman who had her son in seeing the dentist was hearing all I was saying and when I sat down she started talking to me letting me know IT IS ALWAYS the same experience at this dentist office. She said she and her family have been coming for 14 years now and she loves it!!! I have to be honest, it did cross my mind wondering if it was just because it was our first time, or maybe just an exceptionally good day for each of them, but in the back of my mind I knew better, and this woman confirmed it for me. There is no doubt this is where my whole family will go now for family dentistry, and I will share with everyone I know my experience. I have a pretty big mouth, lol!!!
When my son got out of his appointment I was raving about the staff there and he started telling me his experience with the dentist and his assistant. He said the assistant was AWESOME, which I knew what he was talking about because she had come out and talked to me several different times, and I was just like him, very impressed!!!!! I'm telling you , these women are AMAZING!!!!! He then started telling me about when the dentist pulled his tooth. He DIDN'T EVEN KNOW it had been pulled when it was complete. He said the dentist did it so smooth that he felt NOTHING!!!!! Talk about a complete, over all INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!
DO NOT EVEN QUESTION IF THIS IS A GOOD PLACE TO GO OR NOT, IT IS!!!!! TRUST ME!!!!
SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN NOT BE BEAT!!!!

The staff is so caring and Dr Nordhus is very knowledgeable and patient. Great experience!
