Horrible billing practice. My wife went there for a simple 10 min consultation and she was told she didn't owe anything when she left because our insurance would pay it in full. Our insurance paid them, but a week later we got a bill from the office charging us more. I've heard billing scams are common with dentists, and this dentist has definitely confirmed that.

Dr. Milligan and his staff are argumentative with one another and their non verbal interactions make it an uncomfortable experience. In addition, I went there 1 year ago and received the newest crown that is 3d made in the office and placed on the same day. I now have a cavity under that expensive crown. 1 year seems unreasonable if the crown was done correctly. This practice leaves a bad taste in your mouth, literally.
