I contacted the Precision Dental about a 6 month cleaning as provided for in my insurance. I was assured when I called that the clinic was in my insurances network. I went in and had what I would consider a normal cleaning having had two a year since 2006. It turns out my insurance was billed for a regular cleaning and a total debridement. The cleaning was billed under Dr Nguyen and the debridement was billed under Dr. Guerrero. I never saw Dr. Guerrero at anytime during the visit. I would strongly caution individuals that seek dental services from this clinic that you fully understand what the treatment is that you are going to be given and the amount that you will be billed. The Service itself as far as cleanings go was acceptable but the way they bill insurance and what they code procedures as lacks completely.

I have always had really bad anxiety about going to the dentist, but the staff at Precision made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Guerrero is fantastic! He made sure I was comfortable, and worked with me to identify the best course of action would be to suit my needs... both financially and health-wise. Love this place!!!

Dr. Guerrero is an outstanding dentist, he is very personable and his level of dentistry is by far the best in Kansas. He is very gentle and caring about sensitive mouths and his staff is as well. They're also bilingual, speaking english and spanish. I highly recommend them to anybody, big or small. He has TVs everywhere to keep you mind at ease.
