I just went to Dr. Jimenez this AM, and he and all his staff are amazing. I moved into town 3 years ago, and I've been looking for a great Doctor (like the one I had back home). My teeth are clean, feeling fresh, and I am looking forward to my next visit.

I went in on a Saturday morning for two teeth fillings. The hygienist took x-rays, which i did not need. Then she tries to do a deep cleaning which is not what i was there fore. Finally I get to the correct room.The doc is working on the wrong side of my mouth. I told him it was the opposite side. Dr. Jimenez fills two teeth, one I did not come in for. I get outside my tongue is hurting. He has burned my tongue. To this day my tongue has a slit in it.

Dental nightmare. He gave me 2 shots in the far corner in my jaw area. He started my filling and I could feel everything. Despite my tears rolling down my face into my ears, crying so hard I couldn’t breathe out of my nose and hygienist not cleaning my mouth of blood/spit trying to gurgle it hurts, they kept on going. On top of all of that my filling is too high so it is throwing my bite off. My husband and I will go somewhere we will be treated with respect. I never thought I would have such absolutely terrifying experience.
