My wife went in for a basic cleaning and was charged for periodontal prophylaxis. Not only was it not covered by our insurance, she was not informed that the procedure was being performed. I guess this dentist must be hurting for money to be srewing people out of theirs. Please think twice before choosing this establishment. It really has changed and not for the better.

Going to the dentist does not have to be scary. Everyone at Wheatland Family Dental are the absolute best and make every visit east and comfortable. I would, and do, suggest Wheatland to anyone that is looking for a dentist.

The office is very nice looking and the staff is A1. I just wish more would have happened on my initial visit. Needed a extraction but all I got was an x-ray and told where to go for an extraction.

I had my first appointment there for a teeth cleaning and to get some tooth sensitivity fixed. Everyone there was really kind and thorough. The hygienist who worked on me was even nice enough to explain everything to my mom on the phone so she knew what I needed. Dr. Hoorebeke was really nice as well, not batting an eye at my dark sense of humor that tends to let slip without thinking 😂. And since my mom herself is a dental hygienist in Texas, I can confidently say I 100% recommend them!!

One of the worst experiences going to the dentist. I had to follow up and call them to figure things out. They didn't provide much help when I talked to them.

I was pleased with your technician, she put me well at ease despite me knowing my teeth were in such bad shape. Very professional attitude and same with doctor. I would recommend your facility to others. The only reason that I have taken so long to see a dentist is because I was ashamed and embarrassed by my teeth and how bad they were.
