Wheatland Family Dental

First impression was amazing. The office is beautiful, the front desk staff is so friendly. I had a cleaning with Sarah and she was absolutely fabulous! She took her time to make sure all of my concerns were addressed and that I was comfortable and understood everything that would be happening. I usually have a lot of anxiety about any dental procedures, but Sarah did an amazing job of making me feel at ease the whole time! Would give 10 stars if I could!

I absolutely do not recommend Wheatland Family Dental. The front desk staff is extremely rude and lacks the professional skills to handle a situation where they are clearly in the wrong. They clearly have poor communication skills within the office resulting in poor commutation with customers. Additionally, I had multiple fillings done here where I repeatedly told them it hurt and that I wasn’t numb and they continued the dental work anyways. The doctor I saw also failed on multiple occasions to follow up with me on treatment plans that she said she would contact me about. All in all- I cannot give a recommendation for this dental office.

Outstanding service!! They know their stuff, from the hygienist to the Doctor!!! I had another dentist adjust my dentures, but they still hurt, so haven't been able to wear them for the last 10 years. Wheatland got them right the first time!!! Thanks so much!!! Bernie Purvine.

All of staff are very professional and curious. The dental assistant are well educated and do a very good job. The Doctor is the best. She tries to save her patients money, and today that is so valuable to have a great Dr. And cares about her patients.

I had a great experience! Yenni was my hygienist and she did a great job. She talked me through each step so I knew what she was seeing and what it meant for my dental health. She took extra time to be thorough since it had been a while since my last cleaning. Dr. Khanani was also kind and thorough. They both took into consideration my goals for my teeth and helped me come up with a plan to get there. Would definitely recommend!

The staff is all super empathic and extremely kind. I was relieved and surprised to be surrounded by experts that had incredible bedside manner. Truly, one of the overall best experiences that I have had as a patient from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I emphatically recommend this medical practice.

Dentist is alright, however watch out for Billings afterward. They have terrible accounting department and treat you like a kid until they learn that they are speaking to a CPA.

The dental assistant doing my cleaning was super friendly and the dentist was very swift and helpful! Very nice facility- modern, clean and good vibes! All front office staff were also professional and gave great customer service. The equipment is very high-tech & trustworthy- awesome experience and I intend on Wheatland becoming my new family dental care! Thank you, Wheatland Family Dental!
