I attempted to become a new client of this group based on my son's recommendation. Unfortunately, due to a computer glitch with my benefits, kristy in the office was unable to verify and I was told after getting there that I would have to reschedule.
Even though I assured her that I had the benefits and it would be resolved I was refused service . I was humiliated and disgusted and even though yes it was straightened out with HR and MetLife dental and I was called by another staff to come back, I will not ever come back. I wasted my time and was treated like a 3 Rd rate person who I guess they thought would not pay for their service ???
I showed up on time and my benefits could have been verified 2 weeks before I arrived. The office staff was very poor at handling the situation and I should have been given services. They advertise that they give away free services but turn away paying customers. I hope the dentist reads this review.
I would be ashamed to treat people like this.
