After explaining my fear (from a really traumatic dental experience in my youth) they treated me with kid gloves... I'm well on the way to finishing the treatment plan... Waitlist for medicaid patients. My son is having pain and they told me they would add him to the list. Obviously money is more important than patient care. I actually would not have minded to pay to get him seen, but wasn't offered that. I'll find somewhere else to take him.
