This was my first time ever going to Dentistry Plus. Before my appointment, I received constant reminders about the date and time of my appointment plus other information - this was super helpful. Their location is nearby town and easy to find! The office is very clean, bright, and organized. The staff are amazing! I didn't catch her name but one of the front desk employees worked diligently to find the correct insurance information for me which I really appreciated since I wasn't sure about the name of dental insurance company my workplace used. I was worried but she came through at the end! My dental hygienist, Gil, was super welcoming and kind! He explained the process, information on my x-rays, and other tasks clearly and politely! Plus, it was so much fun to talk to him about shared interests!! I will 100% be going back to Dentistry Plus for all my dental needs and will be recommending it to anyone who needs a new dentist in Lexington. Customer service is SUPER important and this team went above and beyond while making sure my teeth were taken care of throughly!

Today was my first appointment & let me just tell you, they are absolutely wonderful!! I’ll never go anywhere else now. The staff are all so nice and wonderful. I was having a lot of pain & they was able to get me in quick & took care of the problem when I got there. I’m so very thankful.

The guy that cleans my teeth is a top notch tech very professional and does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. He always ask me if I have had any problems with my teeth and Dentist Cliburn always is thorough checking my teeth and a nice guy. I would recommend this group of workers and Dentist to anyone. Just always top notch.
