First and foremost, I never feel nervous going to Justice Dental.
The staff is always very courteous and professional. Dr. Thompson is the best. I know when he finishes working on me the work is always done to a high standard and correctly the first time. As a matter of fact, Dr. Thompson is the only dentist that both my wife and I go to since we moved here 9 years ago. We have no plans to use any other dentist office in Lexington.

I had a very good experience with a major dental surgery that I had done recently. I was amazed at how i felt no pain during the procedure except for putting in an IV. I have several months to go before the process is complete. Dr Thompson and Staff are the best! I am particularly impressed with the support personnel and how they try go accommodate your needs. This includes dental support as well as front office staff.

It was a wonderful experience. This dental office had up to date equipment I’d ever seen. First thing they did was take x-rays of my front teeth, they took pictures of the roots! When the woman came up to me with something to put in my mouth, it didn’t hurt at all to hold it down in my mouth. It was easy to do and the woman didn’t have to bring a machine to take the x-ray, but she held a small piece of equipment and took the x-rays. I’ve never seen anything like that in my life.
Then Dr Edwards came in to talk with me. She was very kind and explained that of I were to have a crown or veneers put on these teeth, they would never suggest doing root canals on them because root canals weaken the teeth. I didn’t know that.
Then she told me that one of my front teeth already had a root canal and that one looked like it needed to be replaced. That was a real relief. Instead of 4 root canals I only needed one!

Dr. Thompson did an implant on a front tooth of mine several years ago. I couldn't be happier to have him as my dentist. Hopefully, however, I would just as soon not see him too ofter!LOL.
