I have been going to Justin Dental now for about 7 years. I see Dr Thompson he is so caring and very Patient, Dr Thompson has very good chair side manners, takes his time to listen to what you want in your Dental care. The first moment I get off on the 2nd floor to Justice Dental I feel right at home! I've been a patient for about 5 years and my daughter is as well. Dr. Laura Justice was my dentist for about 1-1/2 years before my Delta Dental decided to remove her from my plan. Dr. Tristan Thompson, who had recently joined the practice at that time. I decided to start seeing him. Here I am 3-4 years later and I'm very satisfied with the care he has provided me and my daughter. We see him and the hygiene staff every 6 months. We moved to the Wellington Road office which is just as beautiful as the Blazer road office, but closer to our home. Both disciplines are very professional, courteous, and accommodating. The office staff has always been very nice and follows up when needed. I'm in health care myself, and I highly recommend Dr. Thompson and his support staff.

I'm pretty sure that this review will not make it to a "post" as large companies such as Justice Dental have algorithms that can detect "negative" reviews and and delete them before being seen. That being said my very first experience with Justice Dental one week ago was not a good one. When I called them to make an appointment I requested an experienced dentist, the person on the other end assured me that all of their dentists are qualified. The entire staff was friendly and courteous, however my experience with the actual dentist was extremely negative. I did have to have an extraction, unfortunately in the process there was considerable damage done to the two teeth next to it, which may require more extractions and very expensive reconstructive procedures. The dentist kept disappearing somewhere and several other people would come in , do nothing that I could see, then leave leaving the dental technician in the room with me. Needless to say I will not be continuing with any Dentistry at Justice Dental.

They thoroughly communicated to me throughout my procedure what exactly was coming next so there were no surprises which really helped calm my nerves. Top notch dentists! Top notch staff! Everyone very nice and made you feel comfortable, yet taking needed precautions to make you feel safe concerning covid 19. All procedures were done by professionals who were confident in their work. I’m thrilled to be back in KY and reunite w/Dr Justice & her amazing staff; I saw her 20+ years ago as a student in Lexington and she also did my top front 6 veneers in 1999. They actually look as good as the day she did them. I’ve seen dentists in So Calif, Atlanta & Nashville and they‘ve all said I have THE best veneer work they’ve ever seen.
