I have been consistently impressed with the way that each person conducts their job at Justice Dental. This company has truly thought of everything, in order to keep the patient and their dental experience first. From the first smiling face that acknowledges & greets you with a smile as you get off of the elevator, enforcing proper COVID safety enhancements, to the ear pieces with a microphone that they utilize to promote communication among the staff without having to speak over or around patients (really allowing patient questions to be answered efficiently); They put patient comfort first, even getting me a blanket when I was cold. If I were a business owner, I would most certainly ask Dr. Justice and her colleagues for their input regarding logistics, teamwork, and morale; because they’ve got it down 100%!
