I came into the office for a couple of fillings and they work with you so well on making sure you feel comfortable. I have a strong dislike of needles and they listened so well to what I needed and did everything they could to make sure that I was as comfortable as could be. I can’t recommend this practice more and tell everyone about how great they are!

The staff Joann and Brittany are super helpful, caring and always willing to help. Dr. Thompson takes away all fears related to dentistry! He is the very best. My daughter has been waiting for over four months for her invisalign. They had to take impressions three times, but never called her after any of the issues to tell her they had to do it again, and then again. My daughter was always the one calling to find out what the delay was. Here we are, 3 weeks after the third impression, without any communication on what the hold up is this time. This place is a joke. Lisa, who I assume is the scheduler, is always polite and that is the ONLY thing I can say positively about this place and my daughter's experience. Their lack of communication on issues/hold up and the fact that they were happy to take full payment without hesitation, pisses me off to no end. Justice Dental, do not dare respond with a, "we are sorry, please reach out to us so we can make it right" message here. Pick up the flipping phone and call my daughter and tell her what is going on. You should be on the phone with her weekly minimum with a status update. If you cannot get this done, then offer her a full refund (100%) to go to someone more competent.
**Edited to add: My daughter miraculously received a call this morning (12/8) and her trays are finally in! This process originally started in August. Fingers crossed they are the correct trays. We will know Thursday when she goes in to pick them up.
