My husband & I both had fillings & cleanings. Entire staff is very polite & kind. Appreciate the gals at the front desk too! So happy with our new Dentist & his office!!

Wonderful staff. Very professional. Im usually not very comfortable at a dentist but i have to say that i was and have been very comfortabke here. I would highly recommend Jeremy Allen dentistry.

I had a root canal done here and they did a wonderful job. So far the root canal has lasted a long time and I’ve had no problems with it. The doctor was very nice and concerned. But girl, let me tell you about the receptionist... She’s just plain rude. She’s got attitude and everything. Sadly, I won’t be going here anymore because of her. Her attitude is going to cause their business to go down. Also, their policy is kinda strange. Apparently if you miss three appointments, you can’t come back. I’ve only canceled one appointment due to illness and they told me I missed two appointments. How can I miss two appointments if I only canceled one? Yeah, apparently canceling your appointments means missing them. What a shame.

I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in the next day. The staff was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I love Dr Jeremy Allen, he makes me so comfortable when I am having to have Dental work done, also his staff are so friendly and courteous they make you feel so at ease too. I have been to a lot of Dentists in London but I will never go anywhere else, I found my Dentist for life....😃😀😀😀

This was my first visit at Dr. Allen’s office. I changed dentists because I had a really bad experience with the one I had been seeing. I explained the situation to them and they were very kind, and patient with me. They made sure I was comfortable before starting anything. They made me feel very at ease and I’m hoping by continuing to go to Dr. Allen’s, they will be able to help ease my fear and anxiety of dentists.. thank you guys so much!

I can't give a review on the dentist because we never made it passed the front desk. It took several attempts over a few weeks to get anything but voicemail. When they did call back in July they made my child an appt for August 24th . We left disappointed because they said they never made him an appt. After finding out he has medicaid they couldn't get him in until the end of October. I can let go of being called a liar in order for him to get treatment but having to wait another two months because h has medicaid is ridiculous.

I have never had such a friendly staff and excellent care. I have always been afraid of the dentist lol. Dr Allen is Wonderful I even take my children there he is compassionate and explains everything very well I have always been scared of going to the dentist. Dr Allen talks to you like you are a real person , always so helpful and calming

I just want to update and say that Dr. Allen and his staff have given me my smile back today! They all celebrated and cried with me and it not only made me feel so much better about myself, but they made me feel like I was apart of a family again. Thank you guys so so much! And i cant wait for everything else to come!

I made my first appointment with Dr. Allen about 5 years ago out of frustration from another dentist in town. My then 7 year old boy went to get his teeth cleaned and a basic check up. They took him back and didnt seem to want us with him and he was scared. So, after I voiced my concerns we walked out and made an appointment with Dr. Allen. Before I could even ask if we could go back with our son, we were actually asked to go back with him and watched while they did their work. After his cleaning, Dr. Allen came out and acted like he had known us all of our lives . After that positive experience we moved our whole family to him and have not had a single regret. He works our whole family in at the same time so its convenient for all of us.
