We went to her appointment to get dentures top and bottom set to get things started. They told us what they do the whole process. We were happy then. They are custom sets for $2400 and also u have to pay for the xray at the beginning if u r a new patient, which is $59. She paid the $2459 in FULL up front! We went for the 1st try in which is a wax model to check accuracy, and alignment etc... After that, they had to do a 2nd try in. The 2nd try in was a disaster. She couldn't even try them, due to the fact that the wax dentures were melted to the model it sits on. So now another 2 to 3 more weeks to wait for another try in and IF, IF it goes well send that try in back to have the real ones made. So she is looking at another 1 or 2 months before she gets the actual dentures. I am very disappointed in this place from reviews that I read and people that referred this place to me. I was excited and expecting this place to be awesome, very professional and nice and that knows what they are doing... They seem to in the beginning... Maybe it was just a 1 time thing that has never happened their before but that's ALOT of money to pay for something up front when she is getting no good results from it. As of right now, she is looking to wait a total of 3 to maybe 4 months that could have taken a month and a half to do if that. This was the worst experience I think I have seen. I would rather have my money back. :-/ and go somewhere else. I dont know... I have always heard good things about London Dental and that's why we chose them but this is just bad. I probably won't go back after this. We will see...

My daughter (Kaitlyn Surgener) had not established a dentist in this area since our move from the Mid Ohio region.
She began having issues with pain/swelling on her left lower jaw that quickly became excrutiatting pain. A friend recommended London Dental Center, so I called and they schedule her an appt the following day!
Words cannot express the gratitude we have for the excellent care she was provided. Keep in mind that she is normally terrified of dentists, but now 3 appointments later (each being pain free!) she has developed a completely different attitude and willingly makes her follow-up appointments with no fear. Nothing but gratitude, and the highest recommendations from this family!

The office was clean working areas were private. Dr and staff were friendly and efficient. I would recommend London Dental to others.

Everyone at the center has provided me with a very pleasant experience. They have taken the time to answer all my questions and provided me with all the information that I have asked for. All the work I have had done has been done in the most professional way possible. I will continue to visit them all my life.

Excellent, caring staff. Husband had to leave work because of a tooth that went bad. They worked hard to get him in, and take care of him. Would come more stars, but I already maxed them out.

I went in for my regular cleaning and Darby did an outstanding job! She was very professional and kept me up to speed on everything she was doing!
