Sadly, I relocated to Phoenix for work and was upset to go through the process of finding another dentist. I decided to come back to Louisville, to Elite Smiles for my dental appts every four months. Came in a week earlier than my scheduled appt, got on the cancellation list and was seen today. Excellent service, excellent care. I very pleased with Elite Smiles. The dentist was extremely friendly and addressed all my needs. The staff needs lessons on how to treat patients with an emergency and in pain. I was told they could see me in a week and go to the ER if I needed to be seen. I’ve been in medical a long time and would never say that to a patient.
