I was there for a 1 hr appointment and ended up being there for 3 and 1/2 hrs. I am a chronic pain patient and I was almost frantic by the time I left.
I was given 2 Starbucks coffee cards, which was nice.

I know this was due to an emergency. It was just a bad day for me.

Today was my first visit at Family Dentistry. It truly was an awesome experience. The staff was soo friendly. Dr Hendricks was so thorough and sweet. I have never had a bad experience with Family Dental, staff or treatments. In fact the last owner found a problem with a sinus infection that I had had two surgeries on, but it was a tooth causing the problem not my sinus. Once the tooth was gone so was the sinus infection. Great work by a great team. Thank you for being so thoughtful and professional.

Went today to start first step on implants. Everyone at the office is friendly and helpful. Dr Peters performed the procedures and it was a great experience with no issues. No pain no discomfort . The staff of doctors and dental assistants are the most caring and considerate I have met. I am 1000% satisfied with their care and expertise in dental care. Thanks to all.
