I received a text message to come in 30 minutes early. I did, I also sat in the waiting room for 30-45 minutes. I started to get up and walk out. The second strike was the x ray machine. My previous dentist has a X-ray machine where you walk in and it spins around you. The third strike was I was in the dentist office till 2:45pm and I came in at 12:30, I still didn’t get my teeth cleaned only pictures of my teeth. Then the dentist uses her personal cannon camera to take pictures of my teeth I guess for before and after pictures. Seemed a little bit unorganized to I will not be going back.

I tried discussing with the dental hygienist and Dentist having an x-ray every 3 years as is stated by the American dental assoc. I showed her the following, “Claus tells WebMD that the American Dental Association recommends healthy adults receive routine mouth X-rays every two to three years. ... Children often require more X-rays than adults because of their developing teeth and jaws and increased likelihood for cavities” . Dr Gill from Natural Smiles, stated that was the opinion of webMD and her hygienist told me to return in may 2019 & then it would be 3years & to have a happy holiday & the Dr. would not do my teeth cleaning until then unless I had the x-ray done In a 2-year period because she said that was the standard of the American dental Association. Though what I read to her stated the opposite. I do recognize the importance of having an x-ray but since I just had one done in the last month or so I wanted to wait. Now I guess I’ll just have to get a new dentist since this one won’t clean my teeth and seems totally unwilling to work with my concern.
