Not me, but my SO who has an anxiety attack-inducing fear of dentists; really likes Remmers Dental. The people there seem to treat him really well and accommodate him for his worries extremely well also. After initially getting him to just make an appointment, it's easy-peasy to take him to get his teeth cleaned or filled as necessary with minimal discomfort. I can see myself becoming a patient very soon.

I will give them 2 stars because I have had great experiences and not so great. I am on a budget. They know this because I have had long conversations with them about money. I am in school and work part time. I made an appointment for a cleaning. I moved my appointment to make sure my dental insurance would cover it. This is the second time they have done services and my insurance did not cover it because they maxed it out. I have had estimates on services and they charged me more then what was stated. I talked to the finance and she said she would ask about waiting to bill it for two weeks so my insurance would pay but no I just received a bill I can not afford right now. Thank you Remmers for the great years but this is the end for me. There are to many out there that will be forth right and tell me what I will be charged before it is done, Not after. I have also had to have my two front teeth done over and over because they keep chipping and this time they really don’t care. I wouldn’t care but it’s my two front teeth. I am in the public’s eye, this makes me sad.

I've been going there for years and everyone that has treated me were prompt, respectful, friendly AND very professional. The same comments also refer to the office personnel as well. I live in Indiana and I gladly travel the distance to be seen by this dental staff!

Dr. Steve is by far the best dentist I have had. I have had a few other dentists over the years and I have had to have a lot of dental work done, even braces in the 90's, but until I came to Dr. Steve I dreaded going to the dentist. Now its not so bad because its like going to visit an old friend.
