We needed a detailed description of a procedure my wife had done. We called and asked, they only sent us a very simple recept, and refused to fax it to our insurance which we do not have till the the insurance company gets the information. Guess it to hard to type in a fax number and slide in a sheet of paper. Thought doctors offices where there to help.

Expensive and they want their fees upfront. They did not provide a timely response to my questions about when a wax model was to arrive. I was told my next appointment would be in one week, but was postponed for five weeks. I was on an antibiotic for all five weeks due to a tooth that was broken in my upper jaw line. A wax model of a partial was ordered, but when I went in to view it, the partial had already been cast, so I thought there would not be any changes I would be able to make. Dr. King called me in for a consultation after reading my review and showed me the completed partial denture. On January 22, 2019 two teeth had to be extracted so that the partial could be worn. Dr. King could not extract the two teeth and after about 30 to 45 minutes a local oral surgeon was contacted and I was sent there to have surgery for extraction of the two teeth. I had previously asked Dr. king if he could extract the two teeth or if I would need an oral surgeon. He assured me that he could extract the teeth in his office. He was unable to do so and he sent me to an oral surgeon across town. It was a very long day an an ordeal that I should have never been put through. Find a better dentist....maybe in Evansville.
