Advanced Dental Center - Middletown

After not going to the dentist since covid I was very unsure of what to expect at the dentist. I had a lot of anxiety and thought about cancelling my appointment. However this is the only place I will ever go to in the further. I felt very comfortable and was treated with nothing but respect. The ladies here were so friendly and my anxiety quickly went away. The best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment. I’ll never miss my 6 month checkup ever again. Thanks to the warm welcome and best service I have ever had.

I don’t often leave reviews however my experience at this location soared above my expectations. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and reassuring which included the receptionist and the dental assistant who stayed with me until the doctor was ready to inspect me. By the end of the my appointment I felt a little sad that I probably wouldn’t see these people ever again, as the Middletown location isn’t my home office I’m typically seen at. The dental assistant who had been there for around 20 years made me feel as if I had known her my whole life and we were old friends reconnecting. Although the overall experience was exceptional, I couldn’t help but notice how out-of-date all the equipment and the general look of the interior was. As if it hadn’t been updated since the 90’s. The chairs seemed to have zero cushion in them and were very uncomfortable and the overhead inspection light couldn’t even reach my face to properly inspect the inside of my mouth. They were even missing some of the little gifts they normally have at the Preston office such as the little pick brushes that go deep between your teeth. The Preston office has been completely rebuilt and looks phenomenal but their customer service is completely outshined by the Middletown office. It’s a shame that this gem in Middletown seems so unpolished, yet is priceless in acts&services. In my personal opinion, a renovation and updated equipment would help to match its personality and professionalism.

So kind and patient with me I have head trauma and they work with me❤️ the office is really clean the staff is amazing the denist does quality work and beyond. I absolutely love them. They make you feel comfortable and really make a plan to fit your needs. Get you in asap thank you so much❤️❤️🤗

My husband and I are new patients to Parkside Family Dental at the Middletown location. We've been looking for a new dentist and we finally found one!

Dr. Tenrerro replaced two of my cracked fillings and studied my bite when she did so, explaining that she was going to fix the replacements in such a way so that they wouldn't crack again. She took photos of my teeth during my first exam and was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. She is amazing! She also speaks fluent Spanish - a huge plus if you are a native Spanish speaker.

The entire staff is great! Deneen the dental hygienist is also very thorough and could probably clean teeth with her eyes closed - she has so much experience!

Parkside is exceptional, in everything they do. Everyone is genuinely interested in providing the best care, while making sure the patient is as comfortable as possible. And the whole team is caring, friendly and warm, while also highly qualified and yet more technically capable than any I have seen. They work very well together too, which speaks to excellence in leadership and shared responsibility. Just a great place, thanks you guys for everything you do!

The office staff is wonderful. Everybody is so kind and welcoming. Annie is a wonderful hygienist, very gentle and thorough. Dr. Babcock is just the best! She takes the time with her exam and ensures that each patient gets an individualized treatment plan that they are comfortable with. She has done exemplary cosmetic work for me, and she makes my husband comfortable enough that he actually will go to the dentist on a regular basis. I highly recommend this team. They are top notch.

I am so pleased with Parkside Family Dental and the staff. Doreen, the dental hygienist is super great. She has been caring for me for years because she does such a great job and makes me feel very comfortable. This was my first time meeting Dr. Graboviy since Dr. Gramner left and I was very pleased. He is very nice, professional and thorough. I highly recommend Parkside Family Dental and staff.

I have been a patient of Parkside Family Dental for a long time. I can highly recommend this practice! Doctor Graboviy is an excellent specialist. The office is every efficient, you never have to wait , staff is super friendly. They all really make you feel like a part of the family!

Dr Karen Babcock was one of the most amazing doctors I’ve ever met, So nice and extremely concerned about every detail. Karen installed my dental implants and her precision work was astounding.
I have waited 10 years for this day and I was so glad to share it with what felt like “my family” when I came out into the receptionist area.
I wanted to put a picture on here but unfortunately there is no place for it.
How blessed I am to have this amazing team on my side.
