DO NOT GO THERE.
Dr. Shay has experienced heartbreaking personal tragedy.
While I believe that she is deserving of all the compassion we can give, it seems as if the pain she has endured has left her...unstable. Erratic, unfocused.
The office is in a state of disarray that frankly looks unsafe.
Several construction or possibly maintenance projects have been left unfinished so that as you walk down the hallway cords from the ceiling hang down in your way and there are multiple trip hazards.
Perhaps the most disturbing aspect of this is how unaware Dr. Shay seems to be of it all.
She does not employ a receptionist or anyone to answer the phone or to check in patients.
If she is with a patient when you arrive she simply calls out loudly that she will be with you shortly .
And the talking. And talking. And TALKING. Wow.

A psycho individual that uses illegal drugs. Know this from personal observation in her own home . Its in her home and she has admitted to such to myself and my spouse .
With Karen’s response, I would like to update. My “legal” issue was a garnishment from Shay for services she performed that brought me from 156 pounds down to 114 pounds. Not a blip on my financial radar. Disgusting! Not a problem. I have photos of her coffee table and fireplace mantle with drug paraphernalia on them and a voice recording of Shay admitting to my spouse and I she does smoke pot. I can’t post them here (they won’t let me) but as soon as I find a public platform I would be happy to. I will update as soon as the documents are public.

Dr. Shay and her assistant are a wonderful pair of human beings! Dr. Shay is so thorough in explaining everything and I highly recommend her as a dentist!
