Dr. Craft has always been good to me and my family. He enjoyed arguing politics with my father and was very kind to my mentally ill brother. His staff likewise is very friendly and courteous.

I went in for a root canal they staff seemed nice and the place was clean. My only problem was in the middle of my "small surgery" after he takes another x-ray he said he can go down far in my tooth by now the numb shot wore off and I felt every once of pain. After the surgery he tells me there is only a 30% of it working if I known that I would of got it removed.

People say bad things about this place so I was scared to go but they are not bad people at all. The staff is very nice and care and the Dr. Is amazing. They went over and beyond trying to help me with my tooth and even tho he couldnt get it out he helped me find a different place that could so he wouldnt torture me. The next day they called my phone and checked on me to make sure I was ok and to see if I got an appointment soon.. Honestly they are the best I would recommend him and his team 1000 times because I've never had a staff that cared that much about me to go the length they did to help me ... thanks dr craft and team ...

The rude and unprofessional comment had to come from a bitter person because I hate going to a dentist but everyone there was nice and with a sense of humor and the dentist actually gave me the dreaded shots without hitting a nerve and with only a sharp poke once. First time ever! The only problem I had was them talking about warm fresh chocolate chip cookies making me hungry. Good job Craft!
