Associates In Dentistry LLC

I had the best dentist EVER, Dr Bates.. she left (don't know the reason) but I didn't want to change dentists, especially since she's the best I've ever EVER found, so I had to search myself for her, she now works at Dr Grippe DMD PSC, in Russell Springs, KY.. thankfully I found her, so I don't have to go to the guy dentist there who hurt my friend SO badly he had trauma for months.. now Associates in Dentistry isn't a place I'd recommend.. and maybe if they'd been nicer to me when I was asking for information I'd given a bit better review but, that's in the past now..

Had a broken tooth for a year. Would call to get an appointment only to be told that itd be six months to a year to get an appointment or to call on a thursday to see if the dr that took my insurance had any openings. For someone with no childcare that was impossible. Went to a different local dentist got an appointment with in a week or so of calling, turns out that tooth that was broken needed to come out and should have been taken out long before i was able to get in. These drs used to always get a tooth emergency in (this broken tooth was) but according to them it wasnt. So Happy i wont be going back there anymore
Id advise anyone not to go there.

5 stars top to bottom . I hate the dentist so I've avoided for a very long time. Mariah and Dr Hamm made it incredibly easy and quick. Price was I did not feel taken advantage of. I can not say enough good about the process. Well see how it heeled but so far so good

Dentistry does not know how to do the job correctly. Booked my appointment close to 3 months ago. Called the day before to confirm my appointment. Set in the office for 10 mins to find out they will not take my insurance! Will not let me pay because of insurance fraud

I've seen several different Dentist in the Russell Springs area over the past five years trying to find one I actually liked. This may not be the most fanciest dentist office in the Russell Springs/Jamestown area, but this Dentist is definitely the most kindest. Compared to some of the other dentist in the area I would definitely give this one Five Stars. The dentist was very nice and understanding as I absolutely hate going to the dentist. He was so patient with me and I didn`t have to wait to be seen. He is now my family dentist.

I just wish I could get them answer there phone have called for 2 half weeks and left mess for them Call me back isn't like I'm a new patient this is only dentist I have used for last couple years

This is not a good place at all , my friend lives in Russell Springs now ( 4years) she went to this office a few times . My friends balance is in good standing but when she went to go there today because someone listed her as a contact ( not a relative or anything ) and their bill has an outstanding balance my friend was refused service .😳😡😡 I can't even believe that this happened . What does someone's negative balance have to do with your standing and name ? I am glad no other business has this practice or who knows who would deny you service because of someone else's balance . Does not even make sense! Please share this review on all social media so other people won't be humiliated. Thanks

First time in the facility, the staff was very nice. All my questions were answered and I have another appointment.

Clean and wonderful atmosphere. Loved my nurse and Dr. BATES I found my new dentist

Corey hamm were great with my 2 little ones I definitely recommend going there
