I’m looking for a new dentist and heard great things about Dr. Aldy, but when I called on 11/18 and asked to book a first appointment with her, the receptionist was short and told me they were booked until January. I responded that that was fine with me, and she cut me off and asked if it was fine to wait until January or it was fine that I would just call somewhere else. I was taken back, because I am a receptionist as well and would never ask if a client wanted to just “call somewhere else”. She was very short and rude, so I will be calling somewhere else. I’ve never written a negative review before, but that was the rudest receptionist I’ve ever spoken to!

They are nice people but they can't keep their mouth closed and don't know how to use inside voice you don't just tease a person and go back and tell your co-workers that's completely wrong and you don't just practically shout out what a patient has in their mouth I heard this from the waiting room and felt so bad for that little girl I hope you see this and take a lesson from this review to use inside voice otherwise you are a very nice person and I think you can understand

I complimented them the whole time. I most definitely recommend them with a honest word , phenomenal service. Everything was well clean and sanitized. The receptionist was awesome, the doctor , the dental assistants. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and very detail on giving me my instructions before and after my extractions. I left another dentist to come to this place & I must definitely say they have been replace because they are very professional and caring.

She is the greatest.great bedside manner.her staff is awesome.i love everything about them. And she is very clean,and she knows her job. My only problem is she is to busy. The office is always full.since COVID that is not good to be around so many people. But I would recommend her to anyone.

I go once a year for cleaning. Love the atmosphere ,very clean and the staff is awesome. Would recommend . Keep up the good work. Also I love the whitening kit for $75. AWESOME PRODUCT !
