Dr. Bonaventure is Baton Rouge’s GREATEST DENTIST! He’s kind, caring, personable and professional. He takes as much time as necessary to speak with you to understand your needs, never rushing you. He doesn’t pressure his patients to have unnecessary dental work. My crowns and fillings, he’s done, are perfect! He does everything in his power to make your experience a pleasant one.
The facility is incredible! It’s extremely sterile and is state of the art. I feel very comfortable in this office.
Karlee is my hygienist there. She’s fabulous!
She’s sweet, considerate, professional and excellent at her job. My teeth look and feel so much better after she works her magic!
Nancy took my X-rays. No pain! I was so grateful for her gentleness. She was also kind and efficient.
The front desk is top notch. My bill was ready before my departure and was explained to me in detail, by Nancy, including costs and applicable insurance.
I actually am looking forward to my next visit in 2 weeks to have an old filling replaced. Never thought in a million years I’d ever say those words!!! Thanks Dr. Bonaventure and staff! Y’all are the BEST!!!!

For as long as I can remember I have HATED going to the dentist. I love my teeth and work diligently at home to take care of them; brushing twice daily, flossing daily, wearing my retainers nightly. But even as an adult with a full understanding of why biannual cleanings are important I still had to bribe myself to go and would even stretch my 6 month cleanings out to 12 month cleanings. All of my experiences as a kid and young adult had consisted of lingering jaw pain and cracked lips from having so much equipment and gloves fingers crammed in my mouth. I would find myself holding back tears as they scraped my gums and was constantly having to remind myself to relax because I was contracting most of the muscles in my body. I always felt like dentistry was a scam because I take such good care of my teeth at home and dentists would tell me I needed fillings and if I didn’t get them right away I would require root canals in my future….all of that to say Bonaventure is THE VERY BEST dental experience I have ever had in my entire life. Brittany, the dental hygienist, made sure the entire experience was tailored to my comfortable. She gave my wonderful advice on how I could improve my at home dental care routine. Dr. Bonaventure was very nice and personable. He didn’t make any bogus suggestions of expensive unnecessary dental work. I would feel confident that if he recommended something that it would be in my best interest and based on sound medicine. I would recommend Bonaventure to anyone, especially anyone who has previously found visits to the dentist to be traumatic.

The staff at Bonaventure Dental Care are professional, highly qualified and very friendly. Everyone I came into contact with did everything they could to make me comfortable and feel like family. Dr B is obviously, without a doubt, very experienced, highly trained and cares about his patient's dental care! I am deathly afraid of dentists but this experience was top notch! I had my semi annual cleaning done by Dani and she took outstanding care of me. Her professionalism is surpassed by her kindness, compassion, patience and empathy. Dr. Bonaventure tops it’s off with superb skills. They have been an exceptional group for all my dental needs. Thank you sincerely!!

I am 67 years old and have had problems with my teeth my entire life. I have a high tolerance for the anesthetics used and as a result have had some horrible dentists visit experiences in the past. Dr Bonaventure came highly recommended so I thought I would give him a try as I had several pressing issues with my teeth that needed attention and I was in Baton Rouge. I can say that this was probably the best experience I have had at the dentist office getting treatment. All of the staff were so nice and attentive to my every need. They were all very knowledgeable and professional in carrying out their duties. I live in Houston but will now make regular visits to Baton Rouge as needed so that Dr. Bonaventure and his team can care for my teeth. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bonaventure and his entire team.

I've been going to Dr. Bonaventure for almost 10 years now. He is the best at what he does and he has the most professional and kind group of staff working with him. Thanks Dr. Bonaventure and the team for making a good experience for me every single time that I come there. You are the best!

Excellent service & staff make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Bonaventure and his staff are the best! If you're looking for dental services you should check out this modern, well equipped practice that's staffed with awesome folks.

Would give no stars if I could based on how poorly I was treaded by their Office Manager, Jodi on a few occasions. She is extremely rude to say the least. Disappointed that they would put someone like that as the face of the company.
As clients for over ten years we ended up leaving this business for a couple of reasons, and having to deal with her rude surly attitude was one of them… I’m so glad we don’t have to ever have to deal with her again!

On a positive note, Dani is the best hygienist! If she cleans your teeth you will love her. She always has a super fun and cheerful attitude. So sad we will not see her anymore. Our family loved her!

The entire staff at Bonaventure Dental is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Karlee is so kind and fun to talk to and does an excellent job. I was impressed with how efficiently this office is run. Dr. Bonaventure spent time getting to know me instead of just rushing me along. I am happy to have found a dentist office that I actually don't mind returning to!
