Louisiana Dental Center - Gonzales

Louisiana Dental Center is a great practice. Scheduling is easy and I love the appointment reminders from the staff. My appointments with the hygienist Erika are always on time and I receive excellent care from her! The dentists are friendly too.

Lord from the time I laid in that chair those ladies were nothing short of amazing. I had to have 7 lower front teeth removed and when I tell you I didn’t even feel when they were removed I was waiting thinking she was still testing to see if I was going to feel pain or pressure n she said that’s it I’m finished. Her and her aide had me so relaxed talking about vacation spots really distracted me. I done recommended my husband and sister to them. In love with my lower dentures.

Akyirra McKinley is one of the team members at Louisiana Dental that stood out while visiting! She always provides excellent customer services each time I visit. She made me feel really comfortable throughout my whole process. She’s also always so sweet and kind. The receptionist are always so friendly also.

I had my first visit today, I was greeted by a warm staff and clean/pleasant environment. The hygienist Shannon was very kind and encouraging when it came to my dental health, my health plan, and helpful explaining insurance and costs. She was very kind and an excellent person to calm my nerves during a much dreaded dentist visit! The front desk clerk Amber was very kind and helpful, she went out of her way to help me, even when I was there after 4pm!(their closing time). The dentist had a very wonderful bedside manner and was conversational which calmed my fears immensely. I would recommend to my friends this so far wonderful facility and staff!

Starting with the people at the reception desk, everyone is very courteous and friendly. Vicky and I have been to many dentists in the Gonzales and Baton Rouge area in the last 20 years, but Louisiana Dental is by far the best. We followed Stephanie the hygienist from the previous office she worked in. Stephanie is always extremely thorough and professional. She is so kind and friendly and concerned about how we take care of our teeth. Her cleanings are pain free. Stephanie introduced us to Dr. Irby and we are very glad she did. He is very gentle, never in a hurry and takes the time to answer our questions. We greatly appreciate them both for their commitment to their patients, and the level of care they provide.

Just started coming here for my dental work, and have had a cleaning and four fillings done. The dentist and his assistant were so nice and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! Each appointment was quick and easy and they have great communication with the patients and about finances. Definitely will continue to come here for all of my dental work!

Today I had a Bridge inserted in my mouth. Dr. Beringer has been great through all 3 visits. Nicky the Dental Tech( please forgive me it that isn't the correct title) was great also. So very patient and soft spoken. There was another Dental tech I met for my pre-op visit and the day I had my tooth removed( I can't remember her name, sorry) She was great also. She answered all my questions about the tooth removal appointment. This office is great! I highly recommend!

I went in for a free consultation then received a bill for 95.00. The explanation was " Consultation, other than requesting dentist ". I wasn't notified of any changes. I only spoke to the dentist I made the appointment with . I won't be using them.

I have never experienced a staff as kind and compassionate as this staff is. I went 12 years without going to the dentist and have a monster smile. Periodontal disease has taken a toll on my teeth. I didnt have any insurance and couldn't afford treatments. I went in there with no self esteem, crying, and embarrassed. Not even once did i get a side remark about not going to the dentist or not carrying for them properly. Not once did i get a side glance or the typical gross face look. I would recommend this dentist center to anyone who ask. I felt comfortable and cared for. I look forward to having my smile back and having my self esteem reovered. I also look forward to not having mental issues about my mouth. The BEST PEOPLE EVER.

Got my wisdom teeth surgery done by Dr. Lipsey, an absolutely wonderful doctor! Very kind, friendly, and my surgery went amazing. All the hygienists are very kind as well. My only complaint is that the front desk is a little unreliable, and I had to call around 10 times to get the things I needed done (they often will tell you they’ll call you back, and never will). However, it was still worth it. Affordable and amazing service, would definitely recommend!
