Disappointed on last visit. My son was due for a cleaning and the dentist himself gave him just a polishing. The quickest dental visit ever, he was in the chair for about 5 minutes

Last Thursday my 4 year old son fell while playing and busted his lip and gum. Because he fell on his face I was concerned about his front teeth. I immediately phoned the GEAUX SMILES office. It was after-hours so I left a message. Within 10 minutes I had a call-back from Dr. Hoang. He asked me several questions about the incident and requested photos (sent via cell phone) so that he could see the teeth and gums. He was very concerned that my son had fractures to the teeth but it was hard to tell from photos. Dr. Hoang was away at a dental conference but promised to see my son the next day. He phoned me as soon as the conference was over and we met me at his dental office. The office was actually closed (it was after hours on a Friday night) but Dr. Hoang and his lovely wife came in to help my son. They were great! Dr. Hoang meticulously checked my son’s mouth examining, taking x-rays with care and professionalism. His wife spoke with me about the paper-work and insurance. My son actually had two fractures in his front teeth (one on each front tooth)! I am so thankful that Dr. Hoang saw us right away and did not make us wait until Monday. Dr. Hoang and his wife were incredible; they talked to my 4 year old and explained everything in a child friendly way. The service and care was stellar! Residents of the west bank (and especially Old Gretna), I encourage you to give GEAUX SMILES and Dr. Hoang a try. I was impressed by his knowledge, care and professionalism. You will be too. Thank you, Dr. Hoang.
