From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed, the front desk coordinator was extremely nice and welcoming. I waited maybe 5 minutes got to the back I believe her name was Vi she was super super sweet. She engaged in conversation the entire time she made me feel like I was more than a patient. I’ve never been to a dentist office like this before. They have my business FOREVER. You can tell they’re like a little family in there it was a pleasant visit.

I called today needing an emergency appointment due to severe pain in two teeth. I was fit in and seen quickly. The care I was given was straightforward and made me feel confident in the staff and the doctor. Not having insurance I expected the cost to be outrageous but it was surprisingly reasonable. From the time I got them on the phone to checking out I had a positive experience.

Megan provided an excellent teeth cleaning !! Was the best I’ve ever had, and that’s many 2 x a year for 2+ years. Very thorough — Megan has a lot of pride in her profession. Dr Oza very nice! And, both of the clerical/business ladies were superb! I’ve already set up next appointment for January, as I’ll have new insurance. Recommend highly!!

Any experience at Advanced Dental Concepts is always of the highest quality, from the time you connect with staff, until your actual appointment. Dr. Pagouda is not only professional and attentive with her patients, but makes it a point to go the extra mile, making sure she has given you everything you need. I would recommend this dental business to anyone who needs dental service. They are the best.

So upset with the experience I had with this office . I won’t return . Neither will my 4 other family members plus the 2 friends I referred that had bad experiences as well. I was told I needed a root canal , I returned for my second visit for them to finish the root canal just to be informed that I had a nerve outside the tooth and they could not proceed and I would have to see a specialist. They told me they would not bill for the services because the specialist would have to. I get to the specialist whom I have to pay $600 cash before they would do anything to me even though I had two premium insurance plans in which everything would have been fully covered at advanced. If I would have known I would have had to pay for something I wouldn’t have gotten the whitening for $400 for my teeth to still be yellow ! Specialist goes in to complete the root canal and goes to tell me that I did not have a nerve outside my tooth and they did not read the X-ray correctly . They completed the work . But guess whatttt … my insurance will not pay them because they already paid the bill they received from advanced!! 3 months and it’s still not resolved !!

Amazing staff. Very thorough. explained everything. And with couches in the waiting room The few minutes you do wait you're comfortable. 20 times better than my last dentist I found a new home.

Don't waste your money the dentist Sevilla will have you waste time to never correct the problem and then when your in pain just take Tylenol which isn't worth the paper she printed the prescription on, because she doesn't prescribe anything for you needs. I made an appointment for a tooth extraction but after sitting an hour she says she doesn't have time to pull it. So I just had to leave in tears and go pay another dentist to do what should have been done. She doesn't write needed medication because she doesn't want to take the time for the necessary paperwork. She is in a line of service and her patients care should come 1st. Even the nurse and others knew what she did was wrong. She DOES NOT CARE!

It had been a long time since I had been to the dentist and they were so nice and put me at ease with no judgement!!!! I love the atmosphere and the people are amazing!!!

The office staff is very friendly and welcoming. The practice runs efficiently; no waiting. The hygienist is gentle, patient, informative and upbeat. I am totally pleased with Advanced Dental Concepts.

Easy to make appointment for both my me and my wife. Excellent Dental Hygenists. Complete explanations. This is the best practice we have experienced in 40 years!!
