My first time using Concord Dental, and I am so happy I made the switch. Everything was so smooth. I was able to do my daughter's paperwork online, so that made the experience even smoother. On Sunday night after Thanksgiving while eating a brownie, one of my crowns decided it needed to fall out. First thing Monday morning I began to Google a dentist because I had to go out of town to help prepare for a huge festival this coming weekend. Victoria couldn’t have been nicer and within 3 hours I was in Dr. Culota’s chair getting my tooth put back where it belonged and on my way! I can’t thank Concord Dental enough for their much needed fast response to accommodate me. Others in town wanted me to set up an appointment through an 800 number…could NOT speak to a “real” local person. VERY happy I found my new dentist and looking forward to having all of my crowns checked so I don’t have to worry about another “weekend surprise.” THANK YOU!!
