I arrived 10 mins late as I had scheduled a 8:00 a.m. appointment, but I called to say I was in traffic and that i would be 15 mins. late. The receptionist was very curtious and understanding and stated that me being 15 mins. late was no problem. Once I was called back the dental assistant was very pleasant asked why I was there, which was to have a hard re-align on my own upper denture. *Note: I was referred to Affordable Dentures by my dentist.* the dentist came in and put the stuff for dental impression once it cured he left. The dental assist took my upper denture and said they would be ready at 2:00 p.m
I came back and the same dental assistant put my own (meaning Affordable Dentures did not make them) dentures in and the were even more loose than they were before, she kept telling me to suck harder on them. That didn't work so they came back with my denture with some chemical impression material and put it back in my mouth. I did and dental asst. Said it takes 5 mins. They left and after a about two minutes the chemical impression material began burning palette, I tried to make noise and scream as best I could but no one came to my aid. Once they took out the denture, i told her how bad it burned the dental asset. didn't seem to care as all she stated was "oh."
Now the dentures no longer bruise my upper palette, they fit worse than before as the have no type of hold on my upper palette. To top it off when i got home i took them out because something was rubbing my inner lip, the left that chemical impression material on my K-9 or incisor i believe the is called as well as on the bottom of some back molars. Additionally, the sanded off the gloss shine on some of the teeth, where my tongue touches my denture pallet it's very rough and the denture gum are has big blobs of chemical impression material they didn't bother to make the appearance of the denture gum area look smooth and uniform to the rest of the area.
I'm devastated and heart broken that I will have to go out and find another dentist to make a whole new upper denture plate. That's a very expensive horrible place they put me in. Please if you have the means to go somewhere else DO. Please do your research. I took my dentist's referral as she trusted them and believed in their work and skill.

My cousin went there for dentures. Every time he went for followup appoints he would tell them of the pain or discomfort. They just kept filing and removed a liner. At no point was it ever comfortable. This last visit he said dentures were still uncomfortable and didn’t fit right. They said, we can add curves for $250 per curve. So you get your dentures, they file down lining then want to charge you for whatever they are calling curves. Never ending money process, and no matter what they do, teeth are still painful and uncomfortable.

This was my first time going to this place. Everyone there greeted me when I walked in, and were very friendly. They were eager to help me resolve my problem, and did so in a short period of time. I took some cards and brochures to give to some of my family and friends. I will recommend this place to everyone I know.

I will never go any place else after going here! The staff was so friendly and helpful and The Dr.was the best And something else the cost can't be beat by anybody!!
