No one likes going to the dentist... but I don't mind going to see Dr Benoit and staff! They are all so friendly and caring. Tiffany, the billing and insurance lady is always so helpful with any billing and insurance questions or issues. The dental assistant Katie is awesome. She talks to you and let's you know what to expect, what she's doing and why. Really sets you at ease. And then there's Dr. Benoit.... he is the sweetest ever. He listens to any problems and concerns you may have. He is the best at the numbing shot with his little jiggle trick.. He always asks about the family... he even remembered my son in law's name that hasn't even seen him and I may have mentioned once. Overall an extremely caring staff. I have moved 4.5 hours away and tried a new dentist and didn't work out... I come all the way back down here to come to Dr Benoit knowing that I'll get taken care of!

Dr. Benoit is hands down the best. Not only is he amazing at what he does, but he’s also an awesome human. But for background, I have severe anxiety. I was not brought to the dentist as a child. My first dentist experience as a teenager (when I brought myself) was awful and damaging to my jaw. Several cavities were filled and all 4 wisdom teeth were broken and extracted in one sitting (while I was awake). I’ve seen 4-5 different dentists before Dr. Benoit, and they only scolded me for bad dental habits or didn’t listen when trying to express my concerns about my jaw pain, like I was overreacting.
My girls are also patients of Dr. Benoit and look forward to all of their appointments. 💛 Dr. Benoit doesn’t normally see me as a patient. When I went today for this tooth, they remembered me right away and were super nice and patient and understanding. I know a hysterical patient can be pretty annoying. After assessing this tooth and explaining the procedure, he actually asked me why I feel the way I do about dentists. That question is a lot harder to answer and explain than I thought. Nevertheless, he reassured me and did his best to comfort me. He’s truly amazing. 💛💛 Imagine if he were training our future dentists…

The staff at Dr Benoits office is exceptionally friendly and efficient. His office if impeccably clean and welcoming. They made sure I was comfortable and Dr Benoit explained and showed me what had to be done during my visit using the latest technology. He and the technician worked seamlessly to fix my problem precision accuracy. They even let me choose between two shades for a temporary cap as I had cracked a tooth. Throughout the procedure I felt no pain. Dr Benoit has a heart of gold (and purple) and truly cares about his patients.

Also, Dr. Mallory was amazing as she made me very comfortable and trusting of her during my entire procedure.
