Had a broken crown that was abscesses another cracked molar that was throbbing all night long. Spent the entire night walking the floor.
The next morning I got dressed (knowing all along I didn’t have appointment) I was at Exceptional Dental of Louisiana, Kenner Ofc. At 8:00 in the hopes that I could be seen. I was greeted with a smile and they took me right in. Within an hour the doctor was staring the process of giving me a root canal. Both the doctor and the hygienist were amazing. They took very good care of me, and with the gentlest of words and motions. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that they were so wonderful. Everyone and everything is (A+) at this office. I would certainly recommend them to anyone! Thank you to everyone at Exceptional Dental!!! I feel so much better... because of you💕

I came to Exceptional Dental to inquire about dental implants. After talking with Dr. McInnis I decided to get implants in two phases. I just completed phase 1 and I could not be happier with the result. The entire staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. I felt as if I were being treated by family. I was coming in from out of town to leave for a 7 day cruise and on the drive in, a previous dental issue became unbearably painful and I needed it taken care of on Saturday evening so that I wouldn't be in pain for the whole trip. I found this office via Google and contacted them through their contact link on their website. Within about 30 minutes, Dr. Bourg texted me to set up an emergency visit. He was able to see me at 8pm on a Saturday night to save me from a week of pain. He was extremely nice and got my issue taken care of quickly and easily. Definitely recommend him and his offices!
