If I could give less stars... I would. While my visits there for myself have always been good, today when I took my son I had a completely different experience. I was told that I could not bring my son back to their office because, in their words, "he cries too much and disrupts the office." I'm sorry... he's a child and hes afraid of the dentist. Maybe you need to post a sign on your door that says no children allowed!

From the time I walked in I knew this office was exceptional. Greeted by friendly staff, I was made to feel welcomed and appreciated. I've visited three times thus far and the most recent visit I had the pleasure of meeting Rhakyta, Derricknisha, Diana, and Erica. I was especially impressed with Rhakyta's professionalism an bedside manner. She was able to multitask between training, assisting my dentist and coordinating multiple treatment rooms to maximize office efficiency and work flow. Rhakyta did this all while engaging me in conversation and without making me feel like just another number. Dr. McInnis is a true asset to this practice. Bedside manner? Phenomenal. Attention to detail? Impeccable. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

The staff are kind and compassionate not only to the patients but to each other which makes a calm environment. This is the only dentist's office you should go to and the staff there all deserve a raise for their efforts.

Joselyn is amazing everytime I go for cleanings and annual maintenance and whenever I need anything major Dr. McGinnis as well as Joselyn are always Top Notch!!

This was possibly the worst and scariest medical experience I've ever had. I was bullied and forced into getting xrays for a simple dental cleaning when I was later informed I could have been given a waiver to sign to not have to get xrays for a dental cleaning. Melissa, the dental hygienist lied to me and told me it was ILLEGAL not to get xrays before a dental cleaning, then walked into the next room and spoke with the other assistants about me in derogatory terms. When she came back into the room, I told her I could hear her and it wasn't professional, she told me there were no doors to close so I didn't have to hear her! Not an apology in anyway but this practice was anything but professional. Go anywhere else, truly anywhere else!

For me every visit I had with Dr. McInnis was exceptional he's a very good dentist and took the time to make sure everything fits and his staff were just as good. I'm so happy with my implants and honestly I did not expect it to be this good...it's like having my own teeth
