There was absolutely NOTHING Exceptional about my experience at this dentist office today. They promotes MIND BODY and Smiles indicating comfort and care. Upon sitting into the exam chair, I had to request that the Blaring music volume to be lowered, as it was triggering a HA. When I asked the young woman who was she, she replied, I'm just an assistant without giving her name. Dr. Nguyen entered, looked at my problem tooth and offered an antibiotic as she explained she was the only dentist on duty and didn't have time to treatment my tooth or give it the attention it required. My appointment was at 8:30 am and I was out of the office at 8:48 am. They spent more time validating my Dental Insurance the Friday before my appointment than the time spent addressing my dental care/concern. If you want to be treated like a PERSON in need of dental care, avoid this Dental Practice.

what a beautiful office they have. I was a first time customer with "Exceptional Dental" I called them in a lot of pain at 9:15am on 11-23-21 and 10:10 of that phone call, I was sitting in a chair being numbed up to relieve the pain (I was a 11 on scale 1-10 in pain) and these ladies really took care of me. (And when I think about it I don't think there was a gentleman in there working at the time and if there was I think there may have only been one, nothing wrong with that besides nothing but courtesy) With a messed up mouth these ladies got me back on the road again. I feel bad I don't remember their names because I was in so much pain with a migraine for 4 days, I feel bad I will tell you these ladies were very polite they wanted to do everything they could to take this pain away. "They did too" Thank you thank you thank you so much, I am in pain but it's a different pain and I'll take this pain over the other any day. Thanks Again "Exceptional Dental" you guys are top notch in my book.and deserve good reviews for your great care of people you don't even know. Thxs Again

Great atmosphere and wish it would have worked out! The dentists and assistants seemed great and thorough. Customer Service and follow-up are vital; But whoever is in charge of working with insurance lacks in training and follow-up. After being told I needed a deep cleaning, Exceptional Dental's staff told me it wasn't covered by my insurance. They asked me to call my insurance; I did, and my plan covered, 80%. I contacted their staff to let them know and to schedule an appointment, but never heard back from them.Very disappointed... Not very exceptional, in my book!

I had a great experience from beginning to end. The front desk all greeted me as I walked in. Lillian went over all of the treatments so that I understood everything and was very helpful. Dr. Foster and Brittany made me feel comfortable with the treatment. They made me a new permanent retainer for my bottom teeth and a removable top retainer. I would definitely recommend coming here.

My experience at Exceptional Dental was great!!!! My assistants Jarvis and Carolina were super awesome, they’re very friendly, knowledgeable and professional!!! My hygienist Huyen was the bomb super gentle and warming!!! Last but not least Dr. Landry is the Best!! My friend referred me 6 month ago and everything has been beyond exceptional!!! Just finished having my teeth cleaned and LOVE going to this place. I had a new (to me) hygienist this time and she was fantastic - both in getting my teeth squeaky clean and also in personality. Wendy is detail oriented, affable and such a delight to visit with. She even went on a rabbit hole search for a toothbrush I once received and loved but have had a hard time finding. I will now be requesting her for all my subsequent visits.
All staff are friendly and pleasant and the fish tank in the waiting area is fun to see. The billing can be an issue - it is unclear what is covered and what is not pre and post visit, even though I specifically ask ahead each time - but I think that has more to do with my shady dental policy. All in all a good experience!
