Exceptional Dental of Kenner

Dr. Bourg and his assistant Kyreal were both exceptionally professional! Kyreal made me feel very comfortable before the procedure started. Dr. Bourg did a really great job with make my tooth look even better than it did before I got the filling. I highly recommend this dentist office! Thank you!

I saw their ad on NOLA Marketplace and was impressed; however, that wasn’t my experience in-person. Upon entry, the Receptionist was on the phone; however, she never looked up to acknowledge my presence, no warm welcoming smile or motion to give her a minute. I proceeded to sign-in and took a seat. My appointment was for 8:00 AM. I arrived early just in case I needed to complete additional paperwork. Another young lady called me to the desk and proceeded to give me a clipboard of documents I completed online and submitted electronically. I informed her I completed it ALL online. She responded she’ll see if she can pull it up, but the system crashes, and sometimes they’re not able to retrieve it. I asked if that has been reported BC it takes a while to complete it all, and it’s done to avoid having to do it all the day of. She said she would report it again. However, once again, no warm greeting or welcoming feeling. The young lady who called me to the back was very nice and helpful. The dentist was as well, and the manager. They were very understanding and helpful regarding the purpose of my visit, but I guess my expectations were high based on what I saw on TV. I don’t recall seeing anyone wash their hands or use hand sanitizer in my presence, nor did I see a hand washing station outside or in the exam room, but that may have been an oversight, I hope. I had my records forwarded, but no one took the time to read them. I was at the Kenner location, BC the Metairie location never answered the phone when I called for an appointment. Exceptional Dental wasn’t all that exceptional. It was good to see diversity among the staff working in the back.

The entire staff is very nice and professional. Nadia is wonderful! She really helped me. And Dr. McInnis is a very caring dentist. The staff takes the time out for the patients to feel comfortable.

Dr. McInnis and Sarah did a great job with my crowns and implant! I would recommend to all my friends and family. They made me feel comfortable during my treatment.

I was so impress with Dr Bourg New office and the the dentist Dr Wen that waited on me had gentle hands and a very professional demeanor. When it was time for me to leave they had everything ready in terms of what I had to pay and what my insurance was covering. I can't wait to go back on the 15 of July.

I have been a patient for nearly a year now, and every appointment is always the same treatment. Even if I need to come after work Dr. Quartano and his assistant Tori will stay until I get there. They make me feel at home every visit. I have a full set of dentures on top and a partial on bottom. They have been very helpful on all alignments. Thanks Exceptional Dental on great services.

Very professional and friendly service on the part of both Dr. McGinnis and the dental hygienists!

I went to this establishment for my regular cleaning and got Exceptional service as usual. The office is beautifully decorated and the appointment was timely.
The staff are very kind an patient, and the Dentist and dental hygienist were very professional. All in all, this establishment makes sure that the entire experience is painless, something I always look for in dental care.

I had my appointment for 8am sharp and didn’t have to wait. Dentist was great and the service provided by the cleaning assistant was perfect!
No pain and yet enough to learn how your teeth are doing. I will recommend it
