Exceptional Dental of Kenner

I made appointment with Exceptional Dental in March because I was having problems with my front tooth that I cracked when I was younger. I came in thinking that they were going to able to put a new crown on it and everything would be fine. However, that wasn't the case and I was going to have to lose my front tooth. I was devastated,but I did a consult with Dr. McInnis and I decided that having a implant was the best option for restoring my front tooth. Dr. McInnis and his wonderful staff supported me through the process and I am so happy with my dental implant. I highly recommend Exceptional Dental for any dental work or dental care. They are Amazing!!!!!

State of the art office, friendly staff, and no one trying to scam you here. I came here for an evaluation because I needed two teeth pulled, which my old dentist said I needed a root canal. I didn't want a root canal nor had the money for one. After my evaluation they said they will schedule me to have them pulled and also gave me the price that it will cost me, which my old dentist just did work and charged me for who knows what. I am very pleased that I chose here to get my dental work done. Their staff are helpful and very professional.

Update: Service was still great but I was quoted to pay $346 this last visit but was charged $586. No explanation on why it was $240 more than I was expecting to pay.

Every time I visit (which is every 3weeks for Invisilygn) I am so pleased with the staff. They are always happy and greet me with a big smile. Dr. Foster’s assistants are always very happy and make me feel good. I never feel like a stranger there. I have never been so relaxed when visiting the dentist. They do everything in their power to make me comfortable.

For the third time in less than a year Exceptional Dental screwed up my appointment time. I had a 1pm appointment on Tuesday for which they called and confirmed on Monday. I arrived at 10 minutes til on Tuesday and after taking my temperature the staff member informed me that I was early and that my appointment was for 2pm. I disagreed and stated that it was for 1pm and they had call me to confirm that the day before. After a little flustering about behind the counter during which I heard one of the staff members say "I looked at it wrong" to what I can only guess was the staff manager, the manager called me up to inform me there was a mistake and no one could see me until 2pm. I walked out of there when and no one from their team has made any attempt to reach out to me to make ammends or to try and resolve this ongoing issue with their appointment setters.
About 9 months ago I made an appointment on a Tuesday the week before I was starting a new job. They had asked me for a credit card to have on file before the appointment so I stopped by on Monday at which time the staff member informed me that my appointment was scheduled for Tuesday of the next week. I told her no that it was tomorrow. Why on earth would I schedule a procedure the second day on a new job. The reception staff there are completely incompetent and do not care how they inconvenience their patients.

The service was great. I have a hard time just being at the dentist it makes me very nervous. Staff made sure to ensure that everyone was going well and I was doing great!

I went in this morning for a cleaning and the staff took care of me right away. Everyone was very professional and nice. Lilly was very helpful by explaining all of my treatment plan options. I highly recommend Exceptional Dental.

Very patient and reliable. There team worked with me on everything from top to bottom pricing, availability and scheduling. They treated me very good. I highly recommend this be your first pick when it comes to dental care, they are top notch and the best at what they do.

It all started with a phone call. From making the appointment that they worked around with my busy work schedule to the actually X-rays & teeth cleaning, It was a breeze that left feeling satisfied with the outcome.

From the moment I waked in until the moment I left, Exceptional Dental made me feel at home and welcomed. The staff took very good Carew of me and once the Dentist came in, it was all straight to the point along with options that I’d need or consider. I look forward to coming back for my next visit and will definitely recommend them to all friends and family!

Service was horrible today, not the usual. The assistant wasn't so friendly , basically rushed my appointment. Didn't floss between my teeth properly and afterwards walked me to the front no goodie bag or next appt. set. Took forever to bring one to the front and didn't ask if the appt was a good time or day. Just gave it to me. The Hygienist was ok, just let the water splash in my face while using the cavitron and laughed and said it's a facial. WHEN APPLYING THE FLUORIDE IT ONLY TOOK 2 SECONDS , JUST A WASTE OF MY $25.. I'VE HAD BETTER SERVICE. JUST NOT EXCEPTIONAL!!! IM SORRY I REFERRED PPL HERE!
