Very professional and accommodating. I was running 15 minutes late they called me to make sure I was coming and once I was in Jaslyn and Miranda were awesome. I needed cleaning and would go back for more work .comfortable environment and friendly folks.thanks Jaslyn!!

I had two crowns done recently and Dr. Brignac and his staff did a fantastic job with the teeth. I can recommend Exceptional Dental very highly. The front desk staff was also very nice to deal with and I will not hesitate to return if the need arises. Exceptional Dental lived up to its name-Exceptional.

Best Dentist I've been to by far . Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors and assistants are professional and polite and they make you feel at home by giving you a cover if your cold , a nice and warm pillow and a tv . The environment is very relaxing, yet professional. I have only been going here for about a yeah but I go in frequently for work and they have never let me down.

This has been my “go to” dental office for several years. The doctors and staff are always helpful and caring. Great hours. Knowledgeable, kind and courteous. Always have the patient in mind. I’ve referred several people here and they have received the same great care. You guys certainly stand up to your name! Exceptional!

Exceptional Dental in kenner is awesome. I was able to make an appointment for my mom without having to wait 2 months to be seen. They did a throughout exam as soon as we came in and the staff was amazing. Lili and the rest of the staff provided all the help needed for my mom to understand her procedure and gave her more than one solution to her problem. She is now going to have a beautiful smile thanks to Exceptional Dental

Love them very help, caring somewhat like a concerned mother in a good way. Because they wanna see your smile in good shape. I love them. I would recommend them to alot of people but not to to many so I can still make appointments myself and my mom.

First of all how can you get the name Michele wrong my overall cleaning was great!! You never know if they will need payment or not. I feel when they call you for your reminder, they should let you know if you will have to pay something!!

I've been going to this location for a couple years now. I loved the "exceptional" service from the front desk to the dentist staff. It started to change a year back unfortunately. I never feel the need to write reviews because I don't usually feel the need to put a dental facility on blast. The issues stem from the front office staff. They aren't rude but they are definitely standoffish and also condescending with any billing or scheduling discrepancies. I called promptly to reschedule my appointment since I had a cold and laryngitis (your welcome) and had another appointment scheduled a week out. Through out that week I got over 6 calls, 2 text messages, 1 email about my appointment since apparently they put me on the black list for being a no call no-show twice within the past 2 years. If you all still do not trust me than keep me on your walk in list and don't harass me with irrelevant verifications from up the 3 different front desk staff, all ranging with different attitudes and demeanors over the phone. Not once was I told by any of them that my insurance had changed and that I would need to bring in a new insurance card. The female the day of my appointment scolded me saying that this is why they call us so much, and that even if I had a new insurance card that it would take over an hour just to process. Again, not one of them told me this over the phone. She also off handedly said while I was calling to get my insurance info, that I would need to pay completely out of pocket like I couldn't just reschedule. I guess all and all I would love to stay with this group, but I'm greatly disturbed with the staff and how they treat me. I'm young and mind my business. I don't ever cause any of them turmoil, so why am I treated so coldly as if I'm having an argument with an older sibling? If I wanted to have unnecessary arguments, TRUST ME, I woulda just stayed home! Also trust and believe I would've been fired if I were as Standoffish at my job. I work in hospitality as the face of a hotel, but I guess working at a dental office doesn't require you to have hospitality.

The staff are always very friendly and professional....easy to talk to.
Facility is clean and social distancing in place.
I love coming here and so glad my husband and I switched to Exceptional Dentist!
